TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Low supply water flow or pressure.
Remedy
- Eliminate all extension hoses and connect directly to spigot-

- Check for blockage or kinks in hose.
- Connect to different water source.
- Replace carbon/sediment filter.
Problem
High wastewater flow with low Pure Water flow and Good
supply pressure.
Remedy
- Check waste water flow rate. If more than 0,6 gpm, replace
flow regulator
- Extremely cold water supply. Measure temperature.
- Plugged membrane - Replace membrane.
Problem
High pure water TDS and/or high pure water flow rate.
Remedy
- Damaged membrane - replace membrane.
- Membrane installed upside down.
Problem
Electric motor does not start.
Remedy
- Check outlet to ensure it has live power.
- Remove extension cord(s) if being used. Plug the machine
directly into outlet.
- Test and reset the machine.
- Unplug the machine and check cord wire connections.
- Inspect cord for damage.
- Contact the service centre.
WARRANTY POLICY
Limited warranty
The manufacturer warrants new cleaning equipment against
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service to the original purchaser as detailed below:
1 year
Subject to the conditions stated below, the manufacturer
warrants all other cleaning equipment components to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a 1-year period.
Parts replaced or repaired are warranted for the remainder of
the original warranty period.

parts, including transportation, to the original owner through

is returned within 30 days and is found defective, the owner
will be credited for the cost of the replacement part including
shipping and handling.
Wear items exempt from warranty include hoses, fittings, val-
ves, filters and membranes.
This warranty shall not apply to failures caused by misuse
or abuse, improper maintenance as stated in the operation
manuals, use of unauthorized repair parts, repairs not by the
manufacturer and damage in transit.
The manufacturer disclaims and denies any liability for any di-
rect, indirect, special incidental or consequential damage which
may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing, use,
labor, freight, or other charges not expressly included herein.
