All pressure connections are tightened pressure-proof and the entire measuring set-
up has been vented.
5.1 Generating the Pressure
As the counterpressure in the test kit increases, the pumping process becomes
more and more difficult. The closer the hand grips are apart, the easier it is to
generate high pressures.
► When generating high pressures, avoid allowing the hand grips moving to
their starting position.
► Pay attention that no air is drawn in during the pumping process!
► Hold the test kit at a slight angle so that the intake socket is always en-
closed by hydraulic fluid!
► If the quantity of hydraulic fluid is too low, refill it.
WARNING! Risk of injury through excess pressure!
Risk of severe injuries through material failure.
► Never exceed the maximum permissible pressures! & Technical Data
► Never continue pumping when the ServiceJunior indicates a measuring
range has been exceeded!
