In rest mode, press the MODE button and then the SET button to select the target
function. The TARGET indicator flashes. When the "TARGET" indicator flashes, press
the MODE button, then press the SET button to select the desired function.
When the selected target function flashes, press the MODE button to set
the function to the desired target.
When "SET" appears in the heading, "0" flashes in the target display.
Press the SET button to set the desired target. Then press the MODE
button to confirm the selection. When the beep sounds 0.5s, the trai-
ning session will start.
During the training mode, press the MODE button to stop the training.
The display flashes STOP. The current training data will continue to be
displayed.
At the end of the training session, STOP flashes on the display. If you
press the MODE button, you can start the function again.
