FITTING THE SEAT BY MEANS OF THE
VEHICLES 3 POINT SEAT BELT.

1. this car seat can be fitted on any of the
seats, as indicated in the diagram, but
only if point 2 is adhered to! NB. take note
that using the Group 1-2-3 car seat on
the vehicles front seat is permitted in

seat on the rear seats only.
2. this car seat can only be fitted to vehicles
with a three point seat belt, conforming to
standard Un/eCe no 16, or equivalent
standard (Fig 2A-2). NB. It is advisable to
move the passenger seat forward, to avoid

3. place the car seat on to the vehicles seat,
paying particular attention to ensure that the
car seat is positioned correctly (Fig 3A-1).
WARNING: take note of Fig 3A-2 showing
the incorrect fitting.
4. to make fitting easier, recline the seat by
adjusting lever "l" as per illustration. For

IMPORTANT: pull on the belt with some
force to eliminate any slack to the belt as
shown in Fig. 7-E. Note: when fitting the car
seat on the right or left hand side be sure to
use either slot C1 Or C2, but neVeR both.
8. After following steps 6 & 7, ensure that the
vehicles seat belt has been fitted correctly
according to the instructions.
