Rinse the parts well after cleaning. Make sure that the ceramic shaft and

that there are grooves around the outer circumference of the plastic
insert. These need to be properly aligned with the guides on the inside
of the motor.
Reassembly after cleaning
Return all of the cleaned parts to the pump mount and switch it back on.
If the pumps make any mechanical noise, disassemble again and make
sure that all of the bushings are seated properly in the impellor cage and
that the impellor is properly aligned and try again.

will need to be replaced once every few years. To replace the battery,
unscrew the 4 screws on the back of the controller and remove the back
cover. Replace with a new 3V Lithium cell Battery CR1220 reassemble
the back cover and tighten the 4 screws back into place. After
reassembling the unit and switching it on, the internal time will be reset
as soon as the internet connection is restored.
