ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4. Connect air supply hose to the male plug. Set
the working pressure at 90 PSI for best tool
performance. (See Figure 6)
NOTE
Working pressure refers to the air line
pressure set to tool when tool is under working
conditions.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the center blade (C) underneath the
edge of workpiece. Make sure that the left
blade (D) and right blade (E) are above the
edge of workpiece. (See Figure 1)
2. Press the trigger (F) fully and allow the center
blade (C) to move at its fullest speed. Then
move the air shear (A) slowly along the cut line
of workpiece. (See Figure 2)
Only use qualified cutting blades that have
an SPM rating equal to or greater than the
tool itself.
