Fuse Identification
Fuses are located under helm console. From left to right:
1 Instruments: 5 amps
2 Bilge blower: 7.5 amps
3 Bilge pump switch: 7.5 amps
4 Navigation light switch: 5 amps
5 Bilge pump: 7.5 amps
6 Music (Option): 5 amps
7 Shower (Option): 5 amps
8 Underwater Lights (Option): 7.5 amps
9 Deck Lights (Option): 5 amps
10 Depth sounder/Chart plotter (Option):
3 amps
Two 25 amp fuses, one for 12 volt auxiliary socket and one protecting constant live circuits are
located under helmsman's seat.
One 40 amp fuse protecting all circuits on switched side of battery isolator is located under
helmsman's seat.
Cable Colour Codes
This chart sets out the corresponding colour to all cable printed abbreviations found on the
craft. Please refer to the Williams Technical Resource CD for the complete wiring diagram.

Power Limit Switch
The power limit switch is located within the engine bay, on port side face. To operate boat in
low power mode, turn key to low power section of key plate. For full power mode, turn key into
full power section. In both positions the key can be removed.

service intervals. All elements of the fuel system function under pressure (4 bar).
The system remains pressurised after engine is switched off. Extreme care must be taken
when removing quick connectors during filter change. Wear eye protection. No naked
flames.

Routine Maintenance

To ensure long service life and to maintain the tender in a safe and reliable condition
please follow these routine maintenance instructions. Williams cannot accept any
responsibility for damage or injury resulting from incorrect maintenance or improper
adjustment carried out by the owner.
1 Wash tender regularly with fresh water to remove salt deposits.
2 Inspect automatic grease unit reservoir and refill as required.
3 Check engine oil level (refer to section Oil Level Check in this handbook).
4 Check coolant level.
5 Flush open loop cooling system.
6 Apply a good quality marine grease containing Teflon (e.g. Quicksilver 101) to all control

cables both under the helm and at the pump.
7 Check bilges for water ingress, oil or fuel contamination and clean if necessary.
Violet
8 Lightly grease the extending running light pole base using white grease or similar.
Red
9 Check condition of the 2 pump anodes.
Grey
10 Loss of tube pressure over 24 hours is not unusual. Temperature and atmospheric pressure
will affect tube pressures. Check pressures regularly.
Blue
11 For boats used in tropical environments, the frequency of the routine maintenance should
be increased accordingly.
White
Servicing
Yellow
The important post run-in 1st service is required at 12 hours. Thereafter servicing is required
every 60 hours or yearly, whichever comes first. Consult your Williams authorized dealer for
servicing. Refer to the Textron service manual for routine engine maintenance. The engine
service light will illuminate after every 60 hours signalling an engine service is required. The
initial engine service is due at 12 hours and MUST be carried out prior to reaching 25 hours of
use. No service light will illuminate for the initial service.
