Use

ATTENTION!
❐ For best results, you will need to apply a gel as a contact medium between your skin
and the silicone electrodes. Make sure, however, that the contact medium is preferably
water-based.
❐ Beginners should stimulate each muscle group for no more than 10 minutes per day!
❐ For beginners, we recommend limiting the use to no more than 1-2 times per day with at
least a 4-hour break between each use!
❐ You should never exceed the maximum period of use of 30 minutes per muscle group
and day. We recommend limiting use to no more than 3 workouts per day with at least a
4-hour break between workouts.
The "Ab Maxx Pro II" is not a normal massage device. It triggers muscle contractions by
means of gentle electric stimulation. You can see how your own muscles move. The device
does NOT produce any vibrations or sound waves.

Preparation for using the large stimulation pad

1. You can use the large stimulation pad when working out your abdomen, back, shoulders,
