1. With the ON/HI button, you turn on the device and can set the intensity of the muscle
stimulation. You can choose from 10 intensity levels. The device starts at level 1. By push-
ing the button again, you reach the next intensity level. You have to press the button 10
times for the maximum intensity level.
2. With the OFF/LOW button, you can turn off the device and/or reduce the intensity.
Push the button once to switch down one intensity level.
3. Select the stimulation programme with the MODE button. Based on the position and
colour of the programme display lights, you will see which programme you have selected
(see section "Programme overview").
4. The device features two integrated safety functions:
- The device automatically deactivates if there is no contact between your skin and the
silicone electrode.
- The device automatically deactivates after 10 minutes of use.

Turns off if the battery is too
weak.

Turn on and increase intensity.
