Ce manuel tout comme le manuel "Instructions
techniques d'installation et d'entretien" forment un
tout avec l'appareil. Ils sont à conserver avec soin et
doivent suivre la chaudière en cas de cession à un autre
propriétaire ou utilisateur et/ou de transfert sur une
autre installation.
Lisez attentivement les instructions et les avertissements
contenus dans ce manuel et le manuel d'installation
et de maintenance car ils fournissent des informations
importantes
sur
l'installation,
maintenance.
Cet appareil sert à produire de l'eau chaude à usage domestique.
Il doit être raccordé à une installation de chauff age et à un réseau
de distribution d'eau chaude sanitaire adaptés à ses performances
et à sa puissance.
Toute utilisation autre que celle prévue est interdite. Le fabricant ne
peut en aucun cas être tenu responsable de dommages dérivant
d'une utilisation impropre, incorrecte et déraisonnable ou du non-
respect des instructions contenues dans cette notice.
L'installation doit être réalisée par un professionnel du secteur
agréé pour l'installation d'appareils de chauff age conformément
aux lois et aux normes en vigueur qui, une fois le travail terminé,
doit délivrer au client une déclaration de conformité.
L'installation, l'entretien et toute autre intervention doivent
être eff ectués par du personnel possédant les qualités requises
conformément aux réglementations applicables en la matière et
aux indications fournies par le fabricant.
En cas de panne et/ou de mauvais fonctionnement, éteindre
l'appareil et fermer le robinet du gaz. Ne pas essayer de le réparer
soi-même, faire appel à un professionnel qualifi é.
Pour toute réparation, faire appel à un technicien qualifi é et exiger
l'utilisation de pièces détachées d'origine. Le non-respect de ce
qui précède peut compromettre la sécurité de l'appareil et faire
déchoir toute responsabilité du fabricant.
En cas de travaux ou de maintenance de structures placées près
des conduits ou des dispositifs d'évacuation de fumée et de
leurs accessoires, éteignez l'appareil et une fois que les travaux
sont terminés faites vérifi er par un professionnel le bon état de
fonctionnement des conduits ou des dispositifs.
En cas d'inutilisation prolongée de la chaudière :
- couper l'alimentation électrique en plaçant l'interrupteur
extérieur sur la position "OFF",
- fermer le robinet gaz et le robinet eau froide sanitaire,
- vidanger l'installation chauff age et sanitaire s'il y a un risque de
gel.
En cas de dépose défi nitive de la chaudière, s'adresser à un
professionnel du secteur pour eff ectuer les opérations nécessaires.
Pour le nettoyage des parties extérieures, éteindre la chaudière et
placer l'interrupteur extérieur sur "OFF".
Ne pas utiliser ou stocker de substances facilement infl ammables
dans la pièce où est installée la chaudière.

In the event of any maintenance or other structural work in the
immediate vicinity of the ducts or fl ue gas exhaust devices and
their accessories, switch the appliance off by switching the external
bipolar switch to the "OFF" position and shutting off the gas valve.
When the work has been completed, ask a qualifi ed technician to
check the effi ciency of the ducting and the devices.
If the boiler should be out of use for a prolonged period, it is
recommended that the electrical power supply be disconnected
and that the external gas cock be closed. If low temperatures are
expected, the boiler and system pipe work should be drained in
order to prevent frost damage.
Turn the boiler off and turn the external switch "OFF" to clean the
exterior parts of the appliance.
Do not allow children or inexperienced persons to use the
appliance without supervision.
