Service And Repair

Improper service or repair can make the
machine unsafe to operate.
Service and repair on the thermal imagers must
be performed by a RIDGID Independent Service
Center. Use only RIDGID service parts.

Calibration
The Thermal Imagers are factory calibrated and
only require recalibration if repaired.
SOLUTION
Transfer images to the PC or delete.
Switch off the camera, allow the instru-
ment to cool down and observe the per-
missible ambient temperature.
Extended display range with no guaran-
tee of accuracy.
Use the unit as per Measuring Range,
see Specifications.
Check parameter settings for
plausibility.
Wait until the warm-up period has
passed.

Disposal
