▪ Do not allow children to play with the
packaging foil. They could become caught in
the foil while playing and suffocate.
▪ This machine is not intended for use by
individuals with limited physical, sensory or
mental abilities or those with a lack of expe-
rience and/or knowledge, unless they are
supervised by another individual responsible
for their safety or have been instructed on
how to use the machine.
▪ Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the machine.
▪ The blades are very sharp. Keep the blades
and stainless steel knife out of the reach of
children.
▪ Do not remove the lid during operation.
▪ Do not put your hand into the machine
while it is being operated.
▪ Also ensure that long hair, for example, is
kept away from the insertion opening.
▪ Do not insert objects such as spoons, for
example, into the insertion opening when
the machine is in operation.
▪ Do not move the machine during operation.
▪ Never attach or remove accessories during
operation. Always turn off the food
processor and then remove the plug from
the socket.
▪ The blades will continue to rotate after
the machine has been turned off. Wait
until they stop moving before handling the
machine.
▪ Never touch the blades of the cutting
accessories.
Risk of damage!
Incorrect use of the machine can result in
injury.
▪ Do not add any hot fluids.
▪ Do not fill with any hard foods such as
coffee beans, candied sugar, bones, nut
shells etc. or frozen food.
▪ Do not place the machine on surfaces which
are sensitive to water. Water sprays can
damage such surfaces.

Setting up and connecting
▪ Remove all packaging from the machine.
▪ Clean the machine (see chapter "Cleaning
and Maintenance" on page 16).
▪ Set up the machine on a stable surface near
to a plug socket.
▪ Make sure that the operating switch o is
set to "O" (off).
▪ Plug the power plug p into a correctly
installed and isolated ground socket.
If the power cord is too long, you can roll it
up inside the base of the motor n
