Before use

Congratulations on the purchase of your food
processor. Please use the machine for the
intended purpose only as described in this
instruction manual.

Read instructions

Please therefore carefully read the
instruction manual before use. The
manual contains instructions regarding
the use, cleaning and maintenance of the food
processor. We accept no liability for possible
damage resulting from the failure to follow
these instructions. Please store the instruction
manual carefully and pass it on to other users
together with the machine. Please also be
aware of the warranty terms at the end of the
instruction manual.

Correct use

This machine is designed for home use. The
machine is not intended purely for commercial
purposes.
The machine has been designed to chop and
mix soft food and beverages. The machine
should not be used for any other purpose.
Please follow the safety instructions during use.
No liability is accepted for any damage caused
by use for unintended purposes, incorrect ope-
ration, non-observance of the safety instruc-
tions or incorrect repairs. Warranty services are
also excluded in such cases.

Safety instructions

Dangerous supply voltage!
Incorrect electrical installation or supply
voltage which is too high can lead to electrical
shocks.
▪ Only connect the machine to correctly
installed isolated ground receptacles. The
cord and plug must be dry.
▪ The plug must be freely accessible so that
the machine can be easily disconnected
from the power in an emergency.
▪ Do not use the machine and immediately
remove the plug if:
⋅
the machine or power cord are damaged
⋅ you suspect a defect may have occurred
following a fall or similar.
▪ If the connection lead of this machine is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manuf-
acturer, its customer services or a similar
qualified individual to avoid hazards.
▪ Do not open the casing and leave repairs to
the professionals. Please contact an autho-
rised service centre. Liability and warranty
claims are excluded if you attempt to repair
the machine yourself, incorrectly connect
the machine or operate the machine
incorrectly.
▪ Do not immerse the machine itself, the
power cord or plug in water.
▪ Please only use the machine indoors in dry
conditions. Do not operate the machine in
damp rooms or in the rain.
▪ If you do not use the machine, assemble or
disassemble the parts, clean the machine or
if a fault occurs, turn off the machine and
always remove the plug from the socket.
Danger for children/from incorrect use!
Children are often unable to recognise danger
or underestimate it.
Incorrect use of the machine can result in
injury.
▪ This machine must not be used by children.
The machine and its connection instructions
are to be kept out of the reach of children.
