Do not insert any objects into the openings of the battery.
Keep the battery and the electrical contacts clean and dry.
Do not use a soiled or modified battery.
Clean it and let it dry.
Only charge the battery at temperatures between 10°C and
45°C. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged or its service
life may be reduced.
Immediately stop working or charging the battery when you
perceive unnormal odors, overheating, changes in color or
shape or other abnormalities. Risk of a short-circuit, fire and
explosion
Do not expose the battery to mechanical stresses (impact,
pressure, etc.).
Fumes may escape when the battery is damaged or
improperly used. Admit fresh air and see a doctor in case of
discomforts. Such fumes may irritate the respiratory tract.
Do not expose the battery to the rain and protect it against
moisture; do not throw or immerse it into fluids. The
contacts could corrode or discharge the battery. The battery
power will decrease and the service life shortened.
Protect the battery against chemicals and acids
Only store the battery within a temperature range between
10 °C and 25 °C. Do not leave the battery in your car in
summer, for example.
