Establish where you plan to mount the
compressor. We recommend the bottom
of the unit should be placed at least 12
inches above any tabletop surface or 48
inches above the floor. The compressor
must be securely fastened to a wooden
stud or to masonry. DO NOT use drywall
anchors.
Make sure that the area in which you plan
to hang the unit is near a grounded outlet
that the power cord can reach WITHOUT

This unit has 5/16 inch x 2 inch lag screws
included. These are intended to be used
to mount the compressor to a stud wall
with 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch drywall or
plaster.
StEP 1 - Securing the Lower Mounting
Bracket to the Wall
Use the stud finder to determine the
center of the wooden stud where you
intend to mount the compressor. Place
the lower mounting bracket so that the
two holes line up with the center of the
stud.
The bottom of the lower mounting
bracket should be 24 inches above the
tabletop surface or 60 inches off of the
floor depending on where you have
chosen to place your compressor. Use the
level to ensure that the lower mounting
bracket is level. Mark the two holes onto
the wall with the pencil.
These marks will be used as a guide to
drill the holes for the lag screws. Use the
drill and 1/4 inch drill bit to drill the two
holes for the lag screws on the marks that
were just made. These holes should be
drilled approximately 2 inches deep.
