CAUTIONS:
• WHEN USING THIS DEVICE AROUND CHILDREN, supervise closely.
• Inspect equipment before each use. If any damage is detected, contact customer
support at 1-800-824-3005.
• Your charging station should be mounted at a sufficient height from the floor
so that the height of the middle of the charging station housing is located between
24 in (600 mm) and 4 feet (1.2 m) from the floor per NEC
apply in Canada.
• Make sure your charging station's cord is looped over the body of the charger instead
of left hanging down to prevent it from being stepped on, tripped over or damaged.
When transporting your charging station, make sure the cord and plug are not
strained and are safely secured.
• Use your Leviton charging station to charge ONLY electric vehicles equipped with an
SAE J1772™ compliant charge port. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual to see if
your vehicle is equipped with an SAE J1772 compliant charge port.
• DO NOT attempt to repair or service your charging station yourself. Refer to the
Troubleshooting section or the Customer Support section for service information.
NOTICE: This document shows you how to install and use your evr-green charging
station and should not be used for any other product.

Tools You Will Need

• Drill
• Phillips screwdriver (#2)
• Torx T30 screwdriver
• Flathead screwdriver (#5)
• Socket wrench
• Torx T20 screwdriver
• For hardwired units, the installer should provide conduit of appropriate trade size
for power wire.
• Wire ferrule crimping tool, such as K S Model: KST2000M or
WAGO Model: Variocrimp 16
Installer Supplied Components
• Conduit and hub of appropriate trade size for power wire - 1 inch (MG32) for 30A
and 40A models.
