The Mini Kinta™ IRC can work with a DMX controller when linked by
DMX serial connections. Instructions for connecting and configuring this
product for DMX operation are in the User Manual. If you are not familiar
with DMX, download the DMX Primer from www.chauvetlighting.com.
To ensure full access to all channels in each DMX mode, the highest
recommended DMX address is 509.
The Mini Kinta™ IRC uses the DMX data connection for its Master/Slave
mode. Instructions for connecting and configuring this product for
Master/Slave operation are in the User Manual.
Works in Master/Slave mode with the Mini Kinta™, make sure the

Mini Kinta™ IRC is the master (first product) in the DMX chain.
Never connect a DMX controller to a DMX chain configured for

Master/Slave operation because the controller may interfere with
the signals from the master.
Do not connect more than 10 slaves to the master.
