3. Line up the posts on the Shaft
Holder with the slots on the
Hopper. FIGURE 3
4. Insert the Spring into the
opening of the Shaft Holder.

5. Insert the Plunger Shaft
through the Spring and into the
opening of the shaft holder,
aligning the Plunger with the
"X" shaped opening in the Shaft
Holder. FIGURE 5
6. Secure the Plunger Shaft
by twisting the white plastic
piece below the Plunger Knob
clockwise. FIGURE 6
7. On a clean dry surface, flip
the Suction Cup Lever back to
secure the Cherry Pitter to the
table or counter. FIGURE 7

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Place a bowl beneath the Chute to catch pitted fruit. Once the Cherry Pitter is
assembled, load cherries into the Hopper. Cherries will roll into place beneath
the Plunger Shaft. Push down the Plunger Knob to expel the pits into the
Pit Container Base. The pitted fruit will slide down the Chute and into your
container/bowl.
