10. Drillings for concealed hinges with a diameter of 35 mm
Generally the drilling jig is set to Tab distance of 4 mm and cannot be adjusted.
For this work step you need the following tools that are not included in this packing unit:
The 6 drill holes with ø 2 mm on the ring of the drill guide allow marking the required hole pattern
for screwing on the concealed hinges (fig.21).
10.1.
Slide the Hinge drill guide 35 mm into the jig body (fig.22).
10.2.
Secure the drill guide by screwing one of the vertical drill guides onto the jig body
(fig.23).
10.3.
Slide the jig onto the work piece as far as the edge of the work piece (fig.24).
Important:

body (fig.25) in order to prevent injuries which may occur by using drill bits with large
diameters!
10.5.
Now drill the vertical hole with the appropriately adjusted depth gauge (fig.26).

Secure the jig by tightening the clamping screw that is attached to the jig
