Operating Instructions for Unitool Multi Drilling Jig
10 mm which are secured with Allen screws. A suitable Allen key is included in this packing unit. In
case you lose or wear out a drilling sleeve, you can order replacement parts (see enclosed
catalogue page). This also applies to the drill guides and the locating pins.
Depending on your work steps, different drill bits and depth gauges are required for the drillings
which are not included and must be ordered separately. We recommend to use only drill bits
specified by Häfele in combination with this tool. This applies in particular for drillings with larger
diameters, e.g. for hinges. This reduces the risk of injury and guarantees a precise hole pattern.
This drilling jig can be used for the following work steps:
1. Drilling of 32 mm series drilled holes with a distance of 37 mm and 60 mm from the edge of the
panel (included in this packing unit)
2. Drilling of 32 mm series drilled pairs of holes with a distance of 37 mm from the edge of the
panel (included in this packing unit)
3. Drilling of horizontal borings (central face drillings) for wood thicknesses of 15, 16, 18, 19 and
22 mm (included in this packing unit)
4. Drillings for TAB or TAB V connectors (optional in combination with Cat. No. 001.25.025)
5. Drillings for Minifix 12 connector with a drilling distance of 24 mm (optional in combination with
Cat. No. 001.25.020)
6. Drillings for Minifix 12 connector with a drilling distance of 34 mm (optional in combination with
Cat. No. 001.25.021)
7. Drillings for Minifix 15 connector with a drilling distance of 24 mm (optional in combination with
Cat. No. 001.25.022)
8. Drillings for Minifix 15 connector with a drilling distance of 34 mm (optional in combination with
Cat. No. 001.25.023)
9. Drillings for Rafix, Pushfix, Onefix, Slimfix connectors (optional in combination with

Please find below a detailed description of the above listed work steps:
1. 32 mm series drilled holes
For this work step you need the following tools that are not included in this packing unit:
1.1. With an edge distance of 37 mm: Push both locating pins into the provided holes of the jig
(fig.1). Slide the jig onto the work piece until both locating pins adjoin the edge of the work
piece (fig.2). When using lateral stop plates, the start dimension (half wood thickness) is
9.5 mm (for a panel thickness of 19 mm) (fig.3). Secure the jig by tightening the clamping
screw that is attached to the jig body. Now drill the hole with the appropriately adjusted stop
ring.

purchased a handy tool that allows quick and easy
drilling of various borings into your work piece.
Please study these instructions carefully! You will
learn how to operate this tool correctly and as a
result you will prevent injuring yourself and others.
The jig consists of a basic body made of aluminium.
The basic body accommodates hardened drilling
sleeves for drill holes with diameters of 5, 8 and
Wood drill bit ø 5 mm with centring tip (Cat. No. 001.20.505)
