1.2. With an edge distance of 60 mm: Remove both locating pins (fig.4). Slide the jig onto the
work piece until the edge adjoins the angle stop of the jig. (fig.4). Continue as described in
point 1.1
1.3. Series drilled holes with more than 5 drillings: Drill the holes as described in point 1.1 or 1.2.
Slide the outmost hole of the jig over the last hole of the series drilled holes and secure the
jig by pushing one of the locating pins through the jig into the series drilled hole (fig.5).
Secure the basic jig by tightening the clamping screw that is attached to the jig body.
2. Drilling of 32 mm series drilled pairs of holes
For the installation of mounting plates for concealed hinges, magnetic catches, flap and lid stays
and other fittings that suit 32 mm series drilled holes.
2.1. Mark the centre between the two 32 mm holes on your work piece (fig.6). Slide the jig onto
the work piece as far as the edge of the work piece. Make sure that the centring mark on the
drill guide is in alignment with the mark you made on the work piece (fig.7). Secure the jig by
tightening the clamping screw that is attached to the jig body. Now drill the hole with the
appropriately adjusted stop ring (fig.8).
