1. Product Description
The SCLV/SCLVT hydraulic tester, subsequently simply referred to as the hydraulic tester,
represents a precision solution for flow rate measurement of hydraulic systems on test
benches, machine tools and other fixed or stationary applications.
The integrated pressure loading valve makes it possible to build up pressure progressively
in order to check the flow rate in an entire working area.
The hydraulic tester is equipped with an integrated safety shutdown feature and has been
conceived for testing the functionality of motors, pumps, valves and hydrostatic drives.
The hydraulic tester can be installed at any point within the hydraulic circuit for production
inspections, fault location in the hydraulic system and the evaluation of monitoring systems.
By installing additional sensors (not included in the supply package), it is possible to setup
a combined pressure, temperature and flow rate measurement.
The hydraulic tester is suitable for reverse operation. The accuracy stipulated in the Techni-
cal Data is only achieved in forward direction.
The compact design means that the hydraulic tester can be mounted in locations with
confined space.
