Warranty
Festina warrants that this product and accessories included in the packaging against defects in material
and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years starting at the date of purchase by the final
purchaser.
Festina does not warrant that the operation of the Festina Technology FS3001 watch will be uninterrupted
or error-free. Festina is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to
the Festina Technology FS3001 watch.
Festina warrants only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 60% of their rated capacity and
batteries that leak.
Festina does not warrant defects or damages that result from:
• abnormal or abusive use, improper storage or accidental damage;
• normal wear such as alteration of the color or deterioration of the watchcase or the straps.
