MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICE
MAINTENANCE
Check power cord for damage. Do not operate unit if damage is found
Check grip face of pad driver to inspect for wear or debris. Replace if needed
If equipped with dust control option, check vacuum hose and cuffs for damage or
wear
After operating, wipe machine down with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris
Make sure pad is on pad driver at all times, even during transport and storage
Clean off the motor and the base of the machine with a vacuum to prevent dust build-
up
Replace all of the isolators
Replace the bearing assembly
These maintenance procedures must be performed with the machine off and unplugged from a wall outlet. Make sure to
read all safety instructions prior to performing maintenance.
ISSUE
Machine will not start
Building circuit breaker/fuse is being
tripped or machine circuit breaker is

PROPOSED SOLUTION
Check to make sure that machine is plugged
into an outlet
Read Operating Instructions on pages 6 & 7
to ensure proper steps are being taken
Contact a service center to have tested
Have building maintenance or electrician
check the electrical outlet to test voltage
Once motor has had time to cool down,
depress the machines circuit breaker (red
button on the side of the motor) to reset it.
Try to start machine again
Have building maintenance or electrician

Eliminate extension cord if using one and
plug machine directly into an outlet closer to
work area
Make sure that you are not using an exten-
sion cord longer than 25 feet. Make sure
that the cord gauge is 10.
If extension cord is not being used, contact a
service center to have your machine tested

Make sure that weights are seated properly
and that knobs are fully tightened
