Cause
Container is full
Water pump failure or water
level sensor failure
Temperature sensor error
Humidity sensor error
Heating problem
Solution
o Check if the mains plug is inserted
o Check if a programme is selected
o Check the main power supply
o Empty water container
o Check hose of the condensation outlet
o Check if the start button is pushed
o Check if the the door is closed
o Check if a programme is selected
o Align dryer horizontally
o Clear air condenser and door seals
o Press door until it "clicks" into position
o Check if the amount of clothes reaches overload
o Ventilate room adequately.
o Clean the cool grille.
o Ensure that the air condenser has been inserted
o Clean door and base filter
o Empty water container
o Check water outlet
o Keep the air inlet clear
