11. ConDITIonS FoR SERVICE UnDER GUARAnTEE
1.
SANICO Srl guarantees the absence of faults and mechanical defects and thecompleteness of the
product when it is sold.
2.
Repairs can be done only at Service Centres authorized by SANICO Srl or by the Authorized
Distributor in the country where you have purchased the appliance.
3.
The duration of the period of guarantee on the materials and on manufacturing and operating defects
is 2 years with effect from the date of sale, subject to all theconditions for the Purchaser shown in
the Instructions for use. The obligations ofguarantee do not cover expendable materials: electrode
cups, elastic bands, powersupply cables etc.
4.
Complaints relative to the product must be presented directly to the authorized service centre. The
service centre, on the basis of an agreement with the Vendor, is competent to establish the cause
and nature of the fault. The product will be replaced only if it cannot be repaired.
5.
The owner of the product will provide autonomously for delivering and collecting the product from the
place of the repair under guarantee.
6.
The time necessary for the repair under guarantee will be subject to the degree ofseriousness of the
fault.
7.
The responsibility of SANICO Srl under these conditions of guarantee will be limited to the amount
paid by the Purchaser for the product in question.
The guarantee on the product will not be applied in the following cases
•
certificate of guarantee filled in incorrectly or falsified; serial number (if applicable for the specific
product) damaged or removed;
•
absence of commercial and financial documents (cash receipt, delivery note) proving the purchase;
•
opening or repair of the product by the Purchaser or by an unauthorized Service Centre;
•
defects following failure by the Purchaser to observe the rules for use, storage and transport of the
product shown in the relative technical and regulations documentation, in which case the regulations
of the aforementioned documentation which have been infringed must be specified;
•
penetration of foreign bodies or liquids inside the product;
•
presence on the product of internal or external mechanical defects (cracks, signs of a fall, chipped
parts, etc.) consequent to the incorrect use, installation or transport of the product;
•
components or accessories subject to rapid wear and tear (electrode cups, elastic bands);
