IMPORTANT: This operation manual should be reviewed with all equipment
operators as part of your operator training program.
WARNING – When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to
persons, including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they are closely supervised and instructed
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used near children. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do
not use or play with the appliance.
4. To protect against risk of electric shock, do
not put cord, plug, base, or motor in water or
other liquid.
5. Read and understand all information in this
manual before using the wheatgrass juicer.
6. Clean the wheatgrass juicer before using
it for the first time and every time after use.
See the "Care and Cleaning" section of this
manual.
7. Do not use the wheatgrass juicer unless it
is fully assembled and all parts are secured
in place. See the "Assembly Instructions"
section of this manual.
8. To avoid serious personal injury, never reach
into the head. Use the stomper to push
wheatgrass into the Head.
9. Stay clear of the juice outlet on the bottom of
the head. never insert your fingers into the
juice outlet. Serious personal injury could
result.
10. Always disconnect power cord from outlet
when not in use and before cleaning,
assembling, disassembling, and servicing.
11. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner.
12. Only operate the wheatgrass juicer on a
level, stable surface. Make sure all of the feet
touch the surface.
13. Before plugging cord into wall outlet, turn off
the appliance. To disconnect cord, switch to
OFF (O). Then remove plug from wall outlet.
14. Do not operate the wheatgrass juicer without
wheatgrass in the head. Damage to the
head and auger may occur.

15. Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged supply cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been dropped
or damaged in any manner. Supply cord
replacement and repairs must be conducted
by the manufacturer, its service agent, or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
a hazard. Call the provided technical service
number for information on examination,
repair, or adjustment.
16. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or
counter or touch hot surfaces, including
stove.
17. Do not use parts or attachments from other
manufacturers on the wheatgrass juicer. Use
of unauthorized parts or attachments may
cause personal injury and/or unit damage
and will void the warranty.
18. Do not use outdoors.
19. To reduce the risk of severe personal injury,
and/ or damage to the juicer, tie back long
hair, roll up long sleeves, and remove ties,
watches, and jewelry.
20. Wait until all parts have stopped moving
before toggling the wheatgrass juicer into
"Reverse" or "Forward."
21. Do not run the Wheatgrass Juicer in
"Reverse" for more than 3 seconds at a time.
Damage to the unit may occur.
22. Do not use appliance for other than intended
purpose.
23. Do not operate the wheatgrass juicer if the
juicer motor is very cold. The temperature of
the juicer motor should be at least 45
before use.
24. The body and juicer motor may become
warm during use. This is normal. Do not
touch these parts while the wheatgrass juicer
is running or until they cool afterwards.
25. Avoid contact with moving parts.
26. Augur is sharp. Handle carefully.
27. Do not leave appliance unattended while it
is operating.
28. Check that the voltage indicated on the
appliance corresponds to the local main
voltage before you connect the appliance.
