Stovetop-Safe Cookware Capacity
For best results, fill the stovetop-safe cookware at least half full but no more
than one inch from the rim. If only half-filled, check for doneness 1 to 2
hours earlier than recipe time.
Lid Vent Hole
NOTE: The purpose of the lid
vent hole is to vent steam.
Cooking time is not affected.
Do not remove silicone gasket
from hole.

stovetop-safe.
Cookware is oven-safe.
