COMMISIONING INSTRUCTIONS
This section shows the start-up instructions for the paintTRO-
TTER EVO. It is necessary to follow carefully the indications
shown below.
- RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INTRODUCING
DRYING EQUIPMENT AS INFRARED IN THE
paintTROTTER
WAITING TIME IN DRYING PHASE:
20 SECONDS
NOTE: WAITING TIME IN DRYING PHASE
With regard to the waiting time in the drying phase, for the flow
of our equipment (6200 m³ / h) and taking into account the volu-
me of the work area, after making the relevant calculations ad-
ding a safety factor. We consider that 20 seconds are necessary
before entering with the Infrared in the painting area.
- STARTUP OF THE MACHINE
The paintTROTTER Refinish comes with a 230 volt, single pha-
se plug with ground wire.
When you plug Paint Trotter to the electrical socket of the
wor-kshop, make sure that the motor rotates in the right direc-
tion. An arrow is visible near the engine, it will indicate the co-
rrect rotation direction.
After confirming the correct rotation, the machine is ready to
work.
If the rotation is not correct, remove the plug from the socket and
reverse one of the three phases directly on the plug.
If you use an extension cord, make sure that the phases are
also synchronizad with the main power supply of the product.
Reminder: The neutral is always blue. Ground is green / ye-
llow. The phases is brown.
