FILTERS
VERY IMPORTANT: the metal mesh will always be situated on
the inner side of the filter, that is, beetween the filter and the fan.
the purpose of this mesh is to stop the filter from being sucked
by the fan.
Before proceeding with the filter replace-
ment, make sure to disconnect the power su-
pply of the PaintTROTTER, since it includes
components with the possibility of trapping
and electric shock.
NOTE: these filters CANNOT BE THROWN INTO THE GAR-
BAGE; you must use the services of regular collection of paint
waste (this service will be hired by the client).
Filters must be replaced when the red alarm
of the control panel switches on.
Left LED of the control panel indicates the status of the intake
plenum filter. Right LED indicates the status of the extraction
filter.

To change the filters correctly, please read carefully the fo-
llowing instructions:
Switch off the machine and remove the plug
from the power socket.
REPLACEMENT OF EXTRACTION FILTERS
1. Remove the 4 lateral snares that support the frame with the
cardboard filter and the G4.
2. Remove the filter frame. First there will be the Cardboard
filter + Filtrine and in its back the filters G4, upper and lower.
3. Slide out the filters to be replaced (as seen in the following
image).
4. Once the filter is replaced, reposition the frame in its posi-
tion and close the tabs.
5. Put back the frame with the cardboard filter and secure the
side tabs
6. Plug the paintTROTTER back in and it will be ready to work
again.
