EXTRACTION DUCT
Make sure the exhaust duct is not compres-
sed to prevent pressure drops and ensure
good ventilation.
SAFETY INSTRUCIONS
A) PLEASE NOTE
Before bringing the mobile spraybooth to
working operation, make sure to read tho-
roughly the instructions contained in this
manual in order to avoid possible damage
to the equipment as well as to the operators,
this will also enable to obtain the best wor-
king performance of such:
• Make sure that the electrical point where the mobile spray-
booth is connected to earth.
• The mobile spraybooth can be used after doing the fo-
llowing checks:
• The voltage of the facility is the same as the tension of
the equipment.
• There is no visible damage in its components.
• Protect the mobile spraybooth against
• Humidity and liquids; do not place on the equipment
any object that contains any liquid.
• Cold, heat and sudden changes in temperature.
• Inflammable objects or anything liable to produce
sparks or flames.
• Never pull of the supply cable.
• Do not use the mobile spraybooth on inclined floor.
• Avoid moving the equipment when in operating mode.
• For better functioning of the equipment always use original
spare parts.
• If you have any questions regarding the infrared dryer func-
tioning, please contact your distributor or the technical ser-
vice department at PaintTROTTER.
• Do not use the spraybooth for other uses not provided by
the manufacturer.
B) MOVEMENT
In order to displace it manually unlock the wheel brake and
move the mobile spraybooth until the desired position holding
the machine using the handles placed on the machine sides.
Once you reach the desired position, activate the brake to avoid
possible unforeseen shifts. We recommend you the displace-
ment of the machine by the help of two operators which hold the
spraybooth from each side.
The spraybooth is not equipped with any system to unable dis-
placement through transport machinery.
C) STABILITY
Always activate, except during movement,
the brake of the wheels to avoid possible un-
foreseen displacement.
