Who has signed below, Juan Palacios, authorised by GPC Europe SL, with the following address C/ La Fragua
22, 28933, Móstoles, España, declares that the products brand Garland models BG65 (CJE-1002) with serial
number of year 2011 on (the year of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identifi cation plate, followed the
serial number) and whose function is "A powered machine designed for use in a stationary position having one
or more cutting devices for the purpose of reducing bulk organic materials to smaller pieces. Generally it consists
of a feed intake opening through which material (which may be held by an appliance or not) is inserted, a device
which cuts up the material by whatever method (cutting, chopping, crushing or other methods) and a discharge
chute through which the cut material is discharged. A collecting device may be attached.", comply with all the
requirements stated by the Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006
on machinery.
These tools also comply with the requirements of the following community directives:
• DIRECTIVE 2004/ 26/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 21 April 2004 amending
Directive 97/68/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to measures against the
emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road
mobile machinery.
• Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000 on the approximation of
the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use
outdoors.
• Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing
Directive 89/336/EEC.
