Step 6:
Installation of the right footrest (27R) on the right footrest holder
(28R) and the left footrest (27L) on the left footrest holder (28R) with
the carriage bolts (61), the washers (60), spring washer (59) and the
handgrip nuts (58).
1. Push the right footrest (27R) onto the footrest holder (28R). Adjust the
holes in the parts so that they are aligned.
2. Push the screws (61) from above through the holes. Push on a washer
(60) and spring washer (59) from the opposite side, screw on a handgrip
nut (58) and tighten firmly.
3. Install the left footrest (27L) on the footrest holder (28L) as described in
1. – 2. (Note: The right and left footrests can be discerned by the edges
of the longitudinal sides of the footrests. The high edges of the footrests
(27R) and (27L) must point inwards (towards the main frame.))
Step 7:
Attach the computer (1) at support (76).
1.
Put the plug of connection cable (82) into the socket from monitor (1)
backside.
2.
Insert the plug of pulse connection cable (84) to the jack of the moni-
tor (1) and attach the monitor (1) to top monitor bracket of front post
(76) with screws (81). (Attention: Ensure that the cable loom are not
crunched or pinched during installation.)
3.
Mount handlebar cover set (77-1+77-2) to the handle bar support (76)
and secure with screws (7).
4.
Mount hand grip cover sets (8L+8R) to both connection tubes (13) and
secure with screws (7) for each side.
Step 8:
Attach the power.
1.
Please insert the plug of adaptor (89) to the power plug (47) at end of
chain guard (24L).
2.
Please insert the plug of adaptor (89) to the jack of wall power
(230V~50Hz).
Step 9:
Checks
1.
Check the orderly installation and function of all bolted and plug con-
nections. Installation is then complete.
2.
When everything is in order, familiarise yourself with the machine at
a light resistance setting and make the individual adjustments of the
footrests (28) and (34).
Note: Please keep the tool set, the puller and the instructions carefully
because these may be required later for repairs or spare parts orders.
If you ever remove the covers (10) and (11), observe that these are attached
not only outwardly with the screws (64+65), but also inwardly at the rear end
of the cover with the screws (65).
