COLLAUDO
Prima di alimentare il quadro:
-controllare la corretta posizione del ponte cambio
tensione (230/400V),
-controllare i collegamenti,
-togliere scheda logica e scheda radio.
Alimentare:
-controllare il corretto funzionamento di ingressi
tramite i rispettivi led.
Togliere alimentazione:
-inserire scheda logica e scheda radio,
-portare tutti i trimmer al minimo,
-scegliere i modi di funzionamento con i dip-switch.
Alimentare:
-controllare il corretto verso del motori,
-aggiustare tempo lavoro e pausa,
-controllo finale.
ATTENZIONE alimentando il quadro in modalità
orologio, dip-switch n.12 in ON, fine-corsa chiusura
(LSC) CHIUSO e contatto orologio APERTO: il
quadro chiude. Apre se il fine-corsa apertura (LSO)
è CHIUSO e il contatto orologio è CHIUSO.
SOLUZIONE PROBLEMI
PROBLEMA: la centralina non funziona è acceso solo il
led linea.
SOLUZIONE: controllare i fusibili "linea".
PROBLEMA: il led "linea" è acceso mentre i led
"controllo ingressi" no
SOLUZIONE: controllare il fusibile "ausiliari" e i
collegamenti ingressi.
PROBLEMA: non funziona il lampeggiante o luce
cortesia.
SOLUZIONE: controllare il fusibile "flash" e il corretto
posizionamento del jumper "flash / dly-light".
PROBLEMA: strani funzionamenti.
SOLUZIONE: controllare la corretta impostazione dei
dip-switch dal n.1 al n. 12.

FINAL TEST
Prior to supplying power to the panel:
-check correct position of the voltage change jumper
(230/400V),
-check connections,
-remove the logic and radio receiver cards.
Power on:
-check correct functioning of inputs by means of
their corresponding LEDs.
Power off:
- plug in the logic and radio receiver cards,
- bring all trimmers to minimum,
- select functioning modes with the dip-switches.
Power on:
- check correct direction of the motor,
- adjust working and pause time,
- final check.
ATTENTION: by powering the panel on in the timer
mode, with dip-switch n° 12 in ON, with the closing
limit switch (LSC) CLOSED and with the timer
contact OPEN: the panel closes. It opens if both the
opening limit switch (LSO) and the timer contact are
CLOSED.
SOLUTION TO PROBLEMS
PROBLEM: the unit is not working, only the line LED is
on.
SOLUTION: check the "line" fuses.
PROBLEM: the "line" LED is on while the "input control"
LEDS are not.
SOLUTION: check the "auxiliaries" fuse and input
connections.
PROBLEM: neither the blinking nor the courtesy lights
are working
SOLUTION: check the "flash" fuse and the correct
position of the "flash/dly-light" jumper.
PROBLEM: strange functionings.
SOLUTION: check the correct setting of dip-switches
from 1 to 12.

ESSAI DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Avant d'alimenter le tableau:
-contrô ler la position correcte du shunt de
changement de tension (230/400V),
-contrôler les branchements,
-enlever la carte logique et la carte radiorécepteur.
Alimenter:
-contrôler le fonctionnement correct des entrées à
l'aide des DEL respectives.
Couper l'alimentation:
-introduire la carte logique et la carte radiorécepteur
-porter tous les trimmers au minimum,
-choisir les modes de fonctionnement avec les dip-
switchs.
Alimenter:
-contrôler le sens correct du moteur,
- ajuster le temps de travail et le temps de pause,
-contrôle final.
ATTENTION: en alimentant la centrale en mode
temporisateur, dip-switch n°12 sur ON,
microinterrupteur de fin de course de fermeture
(LSC) FERMÉ et contact temporisateur OUVERT: la
centrale ferme. La centrale ouvre si le
microinterrupteur de fin de course d'ouverture
(LSO) est FERMÉ et si le contact temporisateur est
FERMÉ.
SOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES
PROBLÈME: la centrale ne fonctionne pas, seul la LED
de présence tension est allumée.
SOLUTION: contrôler les fusibles "tension".
PROBLEME: la DEL ligne est allumé e tandis que les
DEL "contrôle entrées" ne le sont pas
SOLUTION: contrôler le fusible "auxiliaires" et les
connexions entrées.
PROBLÈME: le clignotant ou l'éclairage de
fonctionnement ne s'allument pas.
SOLUTION: contrôler le fusible "flash" et le
positionnement correct du shunt "flash/dly light".
PROBLÈME: fonctionnements incohérents.
SOLUTION: contrôler le réglage des dip-switchs du n°1
au n°12.
