MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
D 2 Sidearm
E 4 M10 x 30 x 1.5 Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers 2 off 25 O.D and 2 off 40 O.D.
F 2 M12 x 100 x 1.75 Bolts and Nyloc Nuts (Grade 10.9)
G 1 Electrical Plate Mounting Bracket (ZEQ4)
H 1 M8 x 25 x 1.25 Bolt, Neopreme Washer and Nyloc Nut.
ZE 1 Electrical Plate (ZEP5)
CB 2 M16 x 50mm Coupling Bolts, Nuts, Lock Washers.
X 6 Existing M10 Nuts.
FITTING
1. Remove rear light clusters (2x screws pull rearward). Remove bumper (2x tip studs in wheel arches and 6 studs on lower
edge). Remove crash beam (6x M8 nuts, retain for towbar fitting). Remove rubber grommets from bottom face of
chassis.
Insert sidearm's (D) into chassis and secure using fixings (E) Note: ensure correct positioning of washers.

3. Attach crossbar (A) using existing fixings (X) Note: It is advisable to use a thread lock agent on these fixings).
4. Attach Neck (ZF) with spacers (ZS) and electrical plate mounting bracket (G) in position. Electrical plate (ZE) can be fitted
after bumper. Note: If (ZE) used as flip up type electrical plate then an additional bumper cut is required.
5. Cut bumper as shown and re-fit. Hand crash beam to end user for re-fitting if towbar is removed.
Note: This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball dimensionally
Conforming to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed.
Recommended torque settings: M8 - 27Nm, M10 - 53 Nm, M12 - 95 Nm, M14 - 150 Nm, M16 - 214 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 139Nm, M10 – 78Nm
