FITTING
1. Remove rear light clusters (2 thumbscrews, one at top of light, one behind circular pop-off cap on inner/lower
side of light), gently pull clusters rearward.
2. Remove bumper (2 plastic screws on top edge of bumper near thumbscrew positions, 3 self tapping screws on
rear side of each wheel arch, 5 screws on underside of bumper), gently pull out bumper tips before gently
pulling bumper rearward.
3. Remove bumper reinforcement beam (hand to customer), spare wheel and jack/polystyrene assembly.
4. Insert Spreader Plate (F) into right chassis rail. Locate Angle Cleat (E) on outer/underside faces of right chassis
rail, and connect loosely to Spreader Plate (F) using Bolts (K).
5. Insert Sidearm (C) into right chassis rail, loosely attach using Bolts (J). Note: Holes in chassis rails for Bolts (H
and J) are covered with tape.
6. Insert Sidearm (D) into left chassis rail, loosely attach using Bolts (J).
7. Loosely attach Towbar Mainframe (A) to Sidearms (C and D) and Angle Cleat (E) using Bolts (G and H). Note:
On left side, uncover access to hole H by lifting up trim in boot and also temporarily removing foam insulation
below air vent (located on outer face of rear wing). Tighten All Bolts.
8. Seal ends of chassis rails with tape, sealant or expanding foam to prevent ingress of water. Reattach bumper.
Note: Protect outer face of bumper from Towbar Mainframe (A).
