When setting the clearance for applying cladding, choose the clearance between the work scaffold and
the wall to be clad to be sufficiently large to allow the facade cladding or ETICS to fit easily between the
scaffolding and the wall. To do so, align the plumb lines in a plane that represents the outer side of the
cladding.
If the facade cladding thickness is such that the slot in the adjusting device is not long enough, attach the
measuring elements to a scaffold console secured as a boom on the scaffolding.

Warranty

Warranty conditions:
A warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase/date of invoice applies to our equipment for
commercial customers. If we have granted an extended warranty period, this said period will be noted
separately in the operating manual for the equipment in question.
Claims:
If you wish to claim under our warranty or guarantee, please return the complete equipment and your
invoice to our logistics centre in Berka, postage paid, or send it to one of our authorised service centres.
Your rights under our warranty or guarantee:
Claims for repairs only relate to material or manufacturing defects and are subject to the intended use of
the equipment. Wear parts such as the plumb lines art. no. 430898 are not covered by such claims. Instal-
lation of third party components, improper use and storage, as well as obvious failure to observe the opera-
ting instructions will void your warranty.
