MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
Voordat u met de montage begint dient u op het typeplaatje te kijken welke
schets, in de handleiding, van toepassing is.
1. Verwijder de kunststof pluggen (4x) uit de onderzijde van de bumper.
2. Demonteer het sleepoog. Deze komt te vervallen.
3. Verwijder eventueel de plakkers t.p.v.de bevestigingspunten.
4. Verwijder de bout overeenkomstig figuur 1. Deze komt te vervallen.
5. Verwijder t.p.v. de contactvlakken van de trekhaak met het voertuig de
aanwezige kit of wax.
6. Neem de uitlaat uit de achterste ophangrubbers. Zie figuur 2.
7. Verwijder links de steun. Zie figuur 3.
8. Zaag het aangegeven deel uit de bumper met behulp van de sjabloon.
Zie figuur 4.
9. Plaats rechts steun A. Zie figuur 5.
10. Monteer zijplaat B t.p.v. de punten H handvast.
11. Monteer links steun C.
12. Monteer de linker zijplaat E inclusief vulplaat D. Zie figuur 6.
13.
Monteer de dwarsbalk F.
14. Monteer het kogelhuis inclusief stekkerplaat.
15. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig Zie schets.
16. Hang de uitlaat in de achterste uilaatrubbers (3x).
17. Herplaats de kunststof pluggen (3x) in de onderzijde van de bumper.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor montage en demontage van het afneembare kogelsys-
teem de bijgevoegde montagehandleiding.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Before you start the fitting you must check the type plate to determine
which sketch, in the fitting instruction, is applicable.
1. Remove the plastic plugs from the underside of the bumper.
2. Remove the towing eye. It will no longer be needed.
3. Remove any stickers that may be present at the points of attachment.
4. Remove the bolt as shown in figure 1. It will no longer be needed.
5. Remove any wax or glue present where the tow bar is in contact with
the vehicle.
6. Release the exhaust pipe from its last three holders. See figure 2.
7. Remove the left-hand support. See figure 3.
8. Use the template to saw out the indicated section from the bumper.
See figure 4.
9. Put support A into position on the right. See figure 5.
10. Fit side plate B at points H, hand-tight.
11. Fit support C on the left.
12. Fit the left-hand side plate E, including spacer plate. See figure 6.
13. Fit the cross beam F.
14. Fit the ball housing, including socket plate including socket plate.
15. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the drawing..
16. Suspend the exhaust in the rearmost exhaust rubbers (3x).
17. Replace the plastic plugs (3x) onto the underside of the bumper.
