Plug the Stand Mixer into a grounded 3
prong outlet. Start with lower speed to
avoid splashing and increase it gradually.
Refer to the "Speed Control Guide".

Unplug mixer before touching
beaters.
Failure to do so can result in
broken bones, cuts, or bruises.

Do not scrape the bowl while operating.
Scraping the bowl once or twice during
mixing is usually sufficient.
