Parts Washer Powerwash Organic
1 INFORMATION
We congratulate! You have bought a biologic degreasing bath without solvent and VOC, which
causes the degradation of hydrocarbons and the regeneration of the cleaning bath by the addition of
an aqueous bio-fluid with neutral pH with specific microorganism tablets.

1.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

BIO-CLEANER R590: special cleaning fluid
BIO-TABS CONCENTRATE: tablets with micro-organisms
PARTS WASHER POWERWASH ORGANIC: Biological Parts Washer
1.2 WARNINGS
ATTENTION! Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance. Use
only Organic Cleaner R590 and Bio-Tabs
1. The parts washing equipment hast o be connected to a grounded outlet with 230 volts. The socket
has to be protected by a 30mA circuit breaker. Required minimum power 1100W.
2. Do not use extension cords.
3. Do not add any other chemical products such as solvents, kerosene, fuel oil or diesel etc.
4. Never add toxic products such as diesel, alcohol or combustible liquids etc..
5. Safety note: We recommend to use suitable safety gloves and goggles, as well as protective
work-wear.
6. Provide a workplace-oriented lighting.
7. Do not modify the parts washing equipment. This device had been designed for use with Organic
Cleaner R590 and Bio Tabs with micro-organisms.
8. Leave the parts washer connected in order to keep the micro-organisms alive. Detection of
minimum filling level. This parts washer is equipped with a system for automatic control of the
minimum filling level. It works with a capacity of 45 to 80 litres. If the level drops below 45 litres the
pump shuts off. In this case refill and adequate quantity of Organic Cleaner R590 (as well as Bio Tabs
if necessary) and then restart pump and heating system. After the restart following a power failure the
parts washer is turned off for safety reasons. Please press the heating button in order to restart the
washer.
10. Separate the parts washer of the power supply before cleaning.
11. Separate the parts washer of the power supply and let it cool down before disassembling the
pump or other components.

1.3 GENERAL INFORMATION

The degreasing bath meets all safety requirements of the following directives:
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG
Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EG
Directive 2004/108/EG about electro-magnetic compatibility.
