Caution:
Never cover the heater!
This will result in the device overheating.
1. Before using the device check to make sure the mains voltage corresponds with the
details on the type plate.
2. Before using the device inspect it for visual damage and/or defects: do not use a fan
heater if it is defective.
3. Only suitable for use by people who are familiar with the device; keep children at a
safe distance.
4. The heater is intended exclusively for indoor use. The heater must not be used in
rooms with high levels of humidity (e.g. bathrooms).
5. Unplug the device if it is not going to be used for a prolonged period.
6. Do not cover the fan heater; ensure there is a sufficient circulation of air; do not set
it up in the corner of a room.
7. The fan heater should not be set up in rooms where there are flammable materials.
8. Always connect the heater directly to the electric socket and never use it in combi-
nation with a timer or other appliance that switches the device on/off.
9. If the cable is damaged, do not attempt to open the device; please contact STORCH
directly or a STORCH authorised service centre to arrange repair.
10. Do not dispose of defective heaters along with normal household waste, but take
them to the appropriate recycling facility.
