gültig ab 29.12.2009), 2004/108/EG (EMV-Richtlinie), 2006/95/EG (Niederspannungsrichtlinie) und 2000/14/EG
(Geräuschrichtlinie) entspricht. Zur sachgerechten Umsetzung der in den EG-Richtlinien genannten Sicherheits-
und Gesundheitsanforderungen wurden folgende Normen und/oder technische Spezifikation(en) herangezogen:

to which this declaration relates correspond to the relevant basic safety and health requirements of Directives
98/37/EC (Machinery Directive – old, valid until 28.12.2009) and 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive – new, valid from
29.12.2009), 2004/108/EC (EMV-Guideline), 2006/95/EC (Low Voltage Guideline) and 2000/14/EC (noise directive)
incl. modifications. For the relevant implementation of the safety and health requirements mentioned in the Direc-
tives, the following standards and/or technical specification(s) have been respected:

Profi, faisant l'objet de la déclaration sont conformes aux prescriptions fondamentales en matière de sécurité et de
santé stipulées dans les Directives de la 98/37/CE (ancienne directive relative aux machines, en vigueur jusqu'au
28.12.2009) et 2006/42/CE (nouvelle directive relative aux machines, en vigueur dès le 29.12.2009), 2004/108/CE
(directive EMV), 2006/95/CE (directive de basse tension) et 2000/14/CE (directives en matière de bruit) modifications
inclues. Pour mettre en pratique dans les règles de l'art les prescriptions en matière de sécurité et de santé stipulées
dans les Directives de la CEE, il a été tenu compte des normes et/ou des spécifications techniques suivantes:
