III.1.12 Menu manual operation

In the Manual operation menu it is possible to perform manual operations such as
defrosting on demand, disable compressors and manually editing the status of
relay and analogue outputs. These functions should not be overused, they should
strictly be used in the event of need.
In window Jl01 it is possible to request additional defrosting. Defrosting is
performed even if the minimum time between one defrosting cycle and the next
has not ended yet.
On screens Jl02 and following it is possible to enable/disable use of some
compressors. If a compressor is disabled, it will never be required to switch it on.
In window Jl06 and following, it is possible to override the status of discrete relay
outputs of the electronic board. To do so, go to the AUTO field and change it to
MAN with the Up / Down keys, confirm with Enter. In this way the status of the
output becomes writable and it may be modified from OPEN to CLOSED at will
with the Up / Down keys.
In window Jl20 and following, it is possible to override the status of analogue
outputs of the board. To do so, go to the AUTO field and change it to MAN with
the Up / Down keys, confirm with Enter. The voltage to be supplied may be
changed at will, expressed in hundredths of a volt (0 = 0V, 1000 = 10V).
On screen Jl24 and following it is possible to manually override the opening of the
electronic thermostatic valves, the level valves or the LBV valves of the jog motor,
expressed in number of steps.

On screen Jl32 and following it is possible to manually override the operating
speed of the inverter compressors.
In window Jl34 and following it is possible to manually override the operating
request of the Turbocor compressors.
