I.1 USER INTERFACE PANEL
[ALARM] key
Shows the list of active alarms
[PRG] key
Allows accessing the setting programming menu
[ESC] key
Returns to the upper level screen
[UP] key
Move the cursor on the displacement field (top left
corner) to return to the previous screen; the cursor
increases an editable field if it is on it
[ENTER] key
Confirms the set value and moves the cursor to the
subsequent field
[DOWN] key
Move the cursor on the displacement field (top left
corner) to access the subsequent screen; the cursor
decreases an editable field if it is on it.
I.2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Power supply unit
Act on the manoeuvre isolator switch by
turning the handle 90° clockwise.
Isolation from the mains
Act on the manoeuvre isolator switch by
turning the handle 90° anticlockwise.
The control panel switches off.
IMPORTANT!
If the master switch is opened, it cuts off the electricity supply
to the exchanger resistance and the compressor guard
resistance. The switch should only be disconnected for
cleaning, maintenance or repair of the machine.
By means of the switches and the keypad the user may carry out the following
operations:

power the unit;

unit start-up;

stand-by;

change/select the functioning mode;

setting of cooling and heating set-point;

setting of clock and time bands;

setting of local supervision protocol;

view alarms via the display;

display of main components status via LED or display;

display of work hours meter;

stop the unit;

IMPORTANT!
Any other operation must be carried out by qualified personnel
authorised by HITECSA.
IMPORTANT!
The parameters displayed in the screens and the values
indicated in the graphs are by way of example only and may
therefore not correspond to what is present in the software.
I.2.1 Unit status/start/stop
For successful initialization, the following screen appears.
To start/stop the unit:
1. move the cursor to the last row by pressing ENTER
2. use the UP and DOWN keys to change the "ON"-"OFF" setting
3. confirm the setting by pressing ENTER
It displays the current working set point

Primary input water temperature
Inlet
Primary output water temperature
Outlet
Unit inlet water temperature (only freecooling versions)
Ingr.FC
Indication of the adjustment temperature used.
REG
Indicates that power absorption optimisation action is active
[OPTIMIZER ON]
Indicates that the noise reduction function is on
[FNR ON]
ON
OFF by alarm (the machine is Off due to the presence of an
alarm)
OFF by superv. (the machine is placed at Off by an outside
supervisor)
OFF by seq. (the machine is set Off due to a decision of the
unit's sequencer)
OFF by timer (the machine is Off by time periods)
Status
Off by SCR (the machine is Off by digital input)
OFF from display (the machine is placed at Off by manual
setting)
Disabled (the machine is kept off for the time necessary to
heat the compressor crankcase oil)
Off by T.Est. (the machine is OFF due to the low external
air temperature)
Primary pump pre-circulation phase
[PRECIRC]
Indicates operating mode of the machine:
Cooling or Heating
(for PdC only)
Mode
defrost (in case of unit defrost)
defrost. parz. (in case of defrost of a single circuit)
Allows switching the unit on/off
