Cleaning/dismantling your BISTRO Herb
Chopper
• Separate the lower section of the lid
with the blade guard (diagram 2) from
the upper section of the lid (diagram 5).
• Holding the lower section of the lid
with one hand, use the other hand to
pinch together the clamp holding the
knife assembly at the centre of the
middle cogwheel and gently push it
out of the holder (diagram 6).
• Remove the blade guard with one turn
of the wrist in the direction of the
arrow («open»).
• The cup, lid and blade guard are dish-
washer-proof.
• The knife assembly is not dishwasher-
proof! It should be cleaned under
running water using a brush.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel
wool, as these will scratch the various
surfaces of the Herb Chopper.

Assembling your BISTRO Herb Chopper
• Insert the knife assembly with its blade
guard in place into the underside of
the lid until it clicks into place.
• Press the large cogwheel downwards
until it clicks and the clamp holding the
knife assembly is correctly engaged.
• Reassemble the upper and lower
sections of the lid.
