• The device should only be used when it is fully assembled, un-
damaged, and in working order!
• Before switching on the device, make sure that the lid of the
mixing container is correctly placed on the mixing container.
• Do not leave the device unattended when it is switched on.
• Make sure that the device remains stable during operation.
• Always place the device on a dry, even and fi rm surface.
• Use the device only in closed rooms.
• Make sure that the connected mains cable does not present
a trip hazard. Do not allow the cable to hang over the edge of
tables or kitchen counters. Others may become caught and pull
the device down.
• Do not drop the device or allow it to be knocked violently.
• Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide tem-
perature variations, moisture or direct sunlight.
• The device may not be moved or transported while it is switched
on. Always pull the mains plug out of the socket and allow the
motor to come to a complete standstill before you move the
device.
• Never operate the device when it is empty.
• Do not overfi ll the mixing containers. Note the MAX markings
on the mixing container and do not fi ll the container any higher
than the marking.
• Never fi ll the device with hot food or liquids! The contents must
not be hotter than 50°C. Allow hot food to cool down before you
process it any further with the device.
• Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interrup-
tion to prevent overheating. Then let the device cool down for a
short while before you use it again.
• The motor unit is not suitable for being cleaned in the dish-
washer!
