Safety Instructions

Dangers of Injury
• Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from
children and animals.
• This device may be used by people with reduced physical, sen-
sory or mental abilities or a lack of experience and/or knowl-
edge if they are supervised or have received instruction on how
to use the device safely and have understood the dangers re-
sulting from this. Children must not play with the device.
• The device may not be used by children. Children and animals
must be kept away from the device and the connecting cable.
• Store the device out of the reach of children and animals!
• CAUTION! The blades of the 6-blade insert are sharp! Be
careful when handling the blade insert in order to prevent any
cut injuries.
• Danger of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jew-
ellery, hair, hands and other body parts away from the device so
that nothing can get caught in rotating device parts.
For Your Health
• The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful
effects to your health, clean the device and all accessories
thoroughly before using them for the fi rst time (see the "Cleaning
and Storage" chapter).
• Clean the device and all accessories immediately after each
use to prevent germ formation. Do not allow any food residues
to dry on.
• It is essential that you store any prepared food in the fridge. Do
not eat any food that has gone off and only use fresh ingredients
that have not yet passed the best-before date.
Danger of Electric Shock and Fire
• Only connect the device to a socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the device (see the "Technical
Data" chapter).
