APPENDIX - CL10 SWITCH
A.1 CL10 Switch Hardware Description
The CL10 Switch board carries out line switching and, through the multiplexing
unit, provides information about the status of the lines connected.
The board has the following connectors:
• Eight connectors to connect the switch to the booths.
• Eight connectors to connect the switch to the inbound telephone lines.
• Four connectors to connect the switch to the secondary lines in each
Secondary Lines Expansion Card.
• One RJ9 female connectors ("J3") for the connection to the corresponding
multiplexing unit.
