1. General Instructions

1.1. Purpose
The laws on the protection of bodies of water require the wastewater that occurs in decorating businesses to be tre-
ated. The system program is specially designed for use in decorating businesses. Observeing the following operating
regulations and given the conditions stated in items 10 and 11 for wastewater, compliance with legal wastewater limits
is guaranteed.

1.2. Transport

The system is made of premium, recycling capable plastic (polyethylene). This material is characterized by its high
resilience to solvents and chemicals. Mechanical strength for industrial applications is given. However, it is important
to avoid impact and knocks during transport. There is a greater risk of breakage especially at temperatures below 5° C.
Damage due to incorrect transport is not covered by the warranty.
1.3. Installation
The system must be installed so that the front side is accessible as the working and operator side; the discharge line is
connected at the rear of the system. The substrate on which the system is set up must be level, smooth (e.g., screed)
and firm. Material damage or cracks due to unsuitable substates are not covered by warranty.

2. Installation instructions

The separation system must only be operated
on a power supply with a maximum pre-fuse
rating of 16A and a 2-pin residual current cir-
cuit breaker with a trip rating of 30mA. The
appropriate pre-fuses and RCDs must be pro-
vided on site!
The device possesses a voltage range which can pose an
electrical hazard to humans and animals. It should only
be opened and/or disassembled by authorised personnel.
Similarly, maintenance and repair work should only be
conducted by electrical specialists and authorised service
centres. The buyer/user operates the device at their own
risk and under their own responsibility.
Unplug the system's power plug for all
installation work!
Observe the details on the following dimensi-
onal sheets and installation instructions. The applicance
has been prepared for fast deployment.
Set up the components horizontally and flush
across their surface.
The temperature in the room where the
appliance is installed must not drop below
15°, otherwise separation agent consumption
rises.
The STORCH WAMAB can be positioned to the left or
right of the separating system as needed.
The system must be connected to the grey water drains
in line with the installation diagram.
