Die Temperatur im Aufstellraum soll nicht unter 15° abfallen, da sonst der Spaltmittel- verbrauch steigt. Der STORCH WAMAB kann wahlweise links oder rechts neben der Spaltanlage stehen. Die Anlage ist von einem Installateur gemäss Installati- onsschema mit dem Schmutzwasserkanal zu verbinden. -

Der Pumpenschlauch und das Pumpenkabel sind mit der Anlage wie folgt zu verbinden: Den Schlauch der Zuführpumpe (vom Pumpenset Art.Nr.: 61 20 07) auf die Schlauchtülle der blauen Verschraubung stecken, mit der beiliegenden Schlauchschelle befestigen (bei Bedarf kann der Schlauch gekürzt werden) und anschlie- ßend am rückwärtigen Gewindestutzen des Füllrohres fest verschrauben (die Verschraubung ist selbstdichtend). -

4. Elektroschema 5. Anlagenbeschreibung Die Spaltanlage Color Free Basic ist eine manuelle Anlage für Malerbetriebe. Sie reinigt mit wasserlöslichen Farben verschmutztes Waschwasser im Chargenbetrieb mit bis zu 180 Litern pro Charge. Das Filtrationsverfahren ermöglicht eine einfache Trennung von Farbschlämmen und gereinigtem Waschwasser. -

Hauptbehälter (3). Von dort wird es nach dem Start der Anlage von einer Zuführpumpe (4) in den Reaktionsbehäl- ter (5) der Spaltanlage gepumpt. Das Wasser wird dort von der Umwälzpumpe (6) gerührt und das STORCH-Spaltmit- tel wird zugegeben (7). Durch die Einmischung und Reaktion des Spaltmittels erfolgt die Ausflockung der Schadstoffe. -

8. Betrieb der Anlage Waschvorgänge vornehmen, bis sich der Hauptbehälter des WAMAB gefüllt hat, jedoch höchstens bis zur Mar- kierung – max. am Füllstandsrohr. 8.1. Normalbetrieb Öffnen Sie den Deckel und lassen diesen in der ersten Position einrasten (Abb. 1). Befüllen Sie die Spaltanlage durch Drücken und Halten des Tasters (Abb. - Page 8 Öffnen Sie dann den Deckel vollständig bis zum Anschlag. Ist der Wasserstand bis auf den Auslauf der Spüldüse abgesunken, (Abb. 11) drehen sie den Zeiger des Kugelhahns in Pos. 6 zur Restfiltrierung (Abb. 12). Ist das Restwasser abgepumpt spülen Sie mit der Spritz- brause den Behälter, die Verrohrung, die Pumpe sowie die Ecken und Nischen sauber (Abb.13).

9.1. Prinzip der Emulsionsspaltung Beimischung des Spaltmittels Spaltvorgang Schlamm / Wasser Trennung Das STORCH Spaltmittel ist speziell auf den Einsatz zur Reinigung von Malerabwässern abgestimmt und ist der Handhabung und Anwendung einfach. Das Spaltmittel bewirkt nach intensiver Einmischung ins Abwasser die Spaltung und Ausflockung der Schadstoffe, so dass diese als Rückstand abgetrennt werden können. -

1. Algemene richtlijnen 1.1. Doel Volgens de wettelijke bepalingen met betrekking tot de bescherming van de waterwegen moeten schildersbedrijven hun afvalwater zuiveren. Het programma van de installaties is afgestemd op schildersbedrijven. Als de volgende hand- leiding en de voorwaarden onder punten 10 en 11met betrekking tot het afvalwater worden nageleefd, is de naleving van dewettelijke grenswaarden voor het afvalwater gewaarborgd. -

4. Elektriciteitsschema 5. Beschrijving van de installatie De splijtinstallatie Color Free Basic is een handmatig installatie voor schildersbedrijven. Ze reinigt waswater dat met wateroplosbare verf verontreinigd is, volgens de chargeprocedure met maximaal 180 liter per charge. De filtreerproce- dure maakt een eenvoudige scheiding mogelijk van verfslib en gezuiverd waswater. -

V periodickém provozu vyčisti zařizeni pro šarži až 180 litrů vody, která je znečištěna ředitelnými barvami. Způsob filtrace umožňuje jednoduché odděleni kalu barviva a vyčištěné vody. -
